Student Meals and Payments

Please note with effect from Monday 5th June 2023 the Academy will only allow students’ meal accounts to be in debt/have a negative balance of no more than £3. Students must have available funds to allow them to make purchases from our catering service.  This also includes family dining. If funds are not available, students will need to obtain an authorisation slip from a member of the Senior Team in order to be served.  Please check your child’s meal account via Parent Pay and clear any outstanding balances as soon as possible. If you would like to discuss; paying outstanding balances, do not have or are unable to use/access Parent Pay – please contact our finance team on 01709 513002 ext. 212.  Parent Pay allows you to receive text/email alerts when funds are low.  This can be done via the communications section of Parent Pay and working through the alert settings process – unfortunately the Academy cannot action this for you.
