If any of your child’s contact information changes you should notify the school as soon as possible to ensure that any correspondence reaches you and that we can contact you in the event of an emergency.
To change your address simply log into MCAS and go to the “Data Collections” option in the left hand menu. In the top “Student Details” section add the new address and click “Submit Changes” at the top left of the screen and it will be processed.
If you do not have an MCAS account we would strongly encourage you to sign up as there are a number of benefits, but alternatively you can print and fill in the document (that is downloadable by clicking on the button below) and send it in to the school with your child. You can also drop the form in yourself, however proof of ID may be requested if you do so.
We regret that for child and data protection reasons we can no longer accept change of address requests made by either phone or by e-mail.
